1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely. We proudly travel worldwide to document destination weddings and intimate celebrations wherever your story takes you. From the vibrant landscapes of Thailand to the elegance of Europe, the United States, and beyond, we’ve had the privilege of capturing love across beautiful destinations. Wherever you choose to celebrate, we’ll be there to document your day with the same artistry, care, and intention that defines every Weddingtonfilms experience.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Absolutely. We believe every engagement session should feel effortless and thoughtfully curated. From selecting the perfect location and styling to recommending some of the finest local vendors around the world, our team is here to guide you through every detail. Our Creative Director, Anusha, brings a refined editorial perspective to the planning process, helping create an experience that is elegant, personal, and true to your story.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

For rescheduling, we kindly request a minimum of three months’ notice so we can make every effort to accommodate your new date without additional charges. Rescheduling is subject to our team’s availability, the season, event location, and the nature of the celebration.

For cancellations, once a booking amount has been paid and the date is reserved, the amount is non-refundable. We request that any cancellation be communicated at least two weeks in advance so our team can be notified and planning can be adjusted accordingly.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes. We offer beautifully curated digital galleries, fine art prints, and handcrafted luxury albums as part of our collections or as bespoke additions. Every album is thoughtfully designed by our creative team to reflect your story with timeless elegance, while our signature Weddington-quality prints are produced on premium, fingerprint-resistant materials for exceptional longevity and a refined finish. Every detail is crafted to become a lasting family heirloom.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Absolutely. If you’re looking for a cinematic experience that complements our photography, we highly recommend our lead cinematographer, Hemanth. His storytelling approach, attention to detail, and refined visual style align seamlessly with the Weddingtonfilms aesthetic, ensuring your photographs and films feel beautifully cohesive from beginning to end.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely. We always welcome your ideas, inspirations, and any meaningful poses or moments you’d love us to capture. At the same time, if you trust us with complete creative freedom, we’ll bring our artistic vision and years of experience to create imagery that often goes far beyond a reference or mood board. The most memorable photographs are created when genuine moments meet thoughtful artistry.

7. Can we meet before the session?

We encourage meeting before your session to get to know each other and ensure we’re the right fit. Whether it takes one conversation or a few, we’re happy to meet until your vision and our creative approach feel perfectly aligned. We believe the best work begins with trust, clarity, and a shared understanding of your story before we ever pick up the camera.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Our first highlights are typically delivered within 30 days, allowing you to relive some of your favorite moments soon after your celebration. Your complete gallery is thoughtfully edited and delivered within 60–80 days, ensuring every image receives the time, care, and attention it deserves. We believe timeless work should never be rushed.
